• Upload your logo when placing your order or email it to deluxedesignsbylaura@outlook.com (if ordering branded scratch cards).

• Let us know the prize(s) you would like hidden behind each scratch panel.

• Tell us how many of each prize you require.

• You can choose as many different prizes as you wish, or include non-winning scratch cards if preferred.

• Once your design has been created, you'll receive a digital proof via email for approval before production begins.

• As this is a personalised product, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted once your design proof has been approved.

• Please ensure all names, logos, prizes, and spellings are checked carefully before approving your proof, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors once production has begun.
