Orders

All products are made to order and personalised according to the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all names, dates, wording, logos, photographs, and other personalisation details are accurate before submitting your order.

Where a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until you have approved the design. Once approval has been given, no further amendments can be made.

Personalised Products

As our products are personalised and created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a design proof has been approved and production has commenced, except where an item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, branding, and content on this website remain the property of Deluxe Designs by Laura and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

By providing logos, photographs, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use these materials. Deluxe Designs by Laura accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied content.

Colours & Printing

We make every effort to ensure colours are displayed accurately; however, colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product.

Delivery

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and product type. Delivery times are provided by the postal service and cannot be guaranteed. Deluxe Designs by Laura is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services.
