Processing Times

As every order is personalised, processing times vary depending on the product ordered and current workload. Estimated turnaround will be between 2-4 days. Wedding stationery will be longer, due to consultation being held with the customer first. 

A digital proof will be emailed for approval where applicable. Production will not begin until approval has been received, and delays in responding may extend your dispatch date.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service. While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
