Welcome to Deluxe Designs by Laura. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, including names, dates, wording, logos, photographs, and contact information, are accurate.

2. Personalised Products

As our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, production will begin only after your design proof has been approved (where applicable).

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a proof has been approved and production has commenced, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

3. Design Proofs

Where a digital proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully check all spelling, grammar, dates, prices, contact details, logos, and other information before approval.

Approval confirms that you are happy for production to begin. Deluxe Designs by Laura cannot accept responsibility for any errors identified after approval.

4. Customer Artwork

By submitting logos, photographs, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them. Deluxe Designs by Laura accepts no responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement relating to customer-supplied content.

5. Colours & Printing

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, printers, and materials used.

6. Processing & Delivery

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Wedding stationery may require a longer turnaround due to the consultation and design process.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, Deluxe Designs by Laura is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, product images, logos, graphics, and text remain the intellectual property of Deluxe Designs by Laura and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
